Bella Dogga's Farmhouse Dog Bed is hand-constructed of durable blue denim. This charming french country dog beg is gusseted with a sturdy yellow and blue cotton toile and trimmed with piping created from the same fabric. As always, this bed is generously stuffed with organic kapok.
Cover is zippered for easy removal and laundering-- just machine wash in the gentle cycle with organic soap and then air dry. The kapok insert should not require washing. Kapok is water repellent, does not absorb odors and is naturally resistant to mold. The insert can be refreshed by placing it outside in the sun or in the dryer on a cool setting with a few clean tennis balls.

Never heard of kapok? Well, you've been missing out! The "cotton" of the Kapok Tree is a sustainable rainforest crop that comes from the renewable source of its seeds. It provides a super-soft, down-like feel and a nontoxic, chemical free environmentally-friendly alternative to commonly used fiberfill.
